Shipping, Payment, and Returns
§ 1 Shipping and Delivery Terms
(1) Standard shipping within Switzerland for our folding wheelchairs is free of charge. Delivery is handled by the freight forwarding company Planzer.

(3) The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. For folding wheelchairs shipped via the freight forwarding company Planzer, the delivery time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Accessories are delivered either via DPD Express or Swiss Post (delivery time 1 to 3 business days). (4) For separate shipments of spare parts with a value of less than CHF 100.00, we expressly reserve the right to charge shipping costs. (5) Goods are neither shipped nor delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. (6) Free standard shipping is limited to Switzerland. We do not offer international shipping.
§ 2 Payment Terms
(1) Payments are processed via the payment service provider Payrexx. By selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to Payrexx during the order process. After successfully entering the required data, you will be automatically redirected to our online shop to complete your order.
(2) We accept the following payment methods: invoice (prepayment required), Twint, Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, Discover, WIR, bank transfer, and Bitcoin.
(3) We also offer installment payment options for all wheelchair models. Detailed information and financing terms can be found on the respective product page.
§ 3 Right of Withdrawal and Return (Returns)
(1) As we deliver exclusively within Switzerland, these return conditions apply only to returns from Switzerland.
(2) Returns must be sent to Stratos Swiss GmbH (Central Warehouse Zurich) within 5 business days of shipment.
(3) Returns are only accepted if the goods are in absolutely new condition. It must show no signs of use, soiling, or damage.
(4) For reasons of health protection and hygiene, hygiene products (such as seat cushions) are completely excluded from exchange and return.
(5) In the case of a justified return, we charge a processing fee (restocking fee) of 10% of the invoiced amount. Furthermore, we will invoice the customer for the actual shipping costs incurred by us. Any return shipping costs incurred by Stratos Swiss GmbH must also be borne entirely by the customer.
